CNC MILLING

General Machine Kraft employs highly skilled CNC programmers and machinists to operate both horizontal and vertical milling centers. Through the use of modern equipment and CAD/CAM Software, we are capable of machining precision parts with angular tolerances of 0.0002. All of our machines are fitted with spindles- increasing our machines speed capability to 15 thousand RPM. 

We work with a wide variety of materials include aluminum, plastic, stainless steel, steel, and other miscellaneous materials. 

Aluminum: 6061, 6061-T6, 2024, 7075
Plastic: Polyethylene, PVC, Teflon
Stainless Steel: 303, 304, 316, 17-4, 15-5
Steel: 1075, 1215
Miscellaneous: Brass 360 / Naval, Copper, Sheet Metal 0.06-0.09 width
