CNC TURNING

Our skilled lathe programmers consistently exceed our client’s expectations with their precision, accuracy, and quality. Through the continued use of CAD/CAM Software, we are able to manufacture components with angular tolerances as tight as 0.0002. In the CNC Turning department, we have specialized equipment that is capable of production runs containing 1 to 100,000 pieces with the aid of a bar feeder and robotic arm. 

We work with a variety of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, monel, steel, and other miscellaneous materials.
